Abstract
In
response to recent outbursts on movie ratings from the MPAA, an
academic paper was formulated from various studies and critics to
disprove the purpose and results from movie ratings and exposes a
lingering factor of recent years that has the entire system put to
question. Both statistics and statements, the following
three-thousand-word essay criticizes the censors in Hollywood and
questions whether the system adapts or corrupts, following the end of
the 20th
century.
